Singapore Culture Tour

A Three-Neighbourhood Culture Adventure

Singapore’s culture is lived, not staged — and this walking tour takes you right into the neighbourhoods where it thrives. You’ll explore Chinatown, Little India, and Kampong Glam through their stories, traditions, and everyday rhythms.

This isn’t a lecture-style walk; it’s an on-the-ground look at how three communities shaped the city you see today, from heritage crafts and religious practices to the small rituals that keep old traditions alive.

What You’ll Experience

Chinatown
Uncover the layered history of Chinese Singapore as you wander past clan houses, family-run shops, market alleys, and conserved shophouses. You’ll learn how migration, trade, religion, and community shaped a district that still holds centuries of stories in its walls.

Little India
A neighbourhood bursting with colour and energy. You’ll see temples rich with symbolism, watch flower and spice merchants at work, and step into spaces where South Indian heritage beats strong. Every turn reveals a ritual, a tradition, or a story passed down through generations.

Kampong Glam
Rooted in Malay and Muslim history, this district blends heritage with creativity. From the striking Sultan Mosque to traditional craft shops and contemporary art lanes, Kampong Glam shows how culture can stay true to its roots while constantly reinventing itself.
